My background

As a seasoned Human Resources professional and consultant, I have more than 15 years of experience working with and for people from various backgrounds and cultures.

I have worked for international companies such as PwC, Hewitt, PepsiCo and Swissport to lead HR best practices, deal with people issues and conflicts in the workplace, organize recruitment strategies and manage extensive union negotiations in multicultural contexts. I counselled managements groups with their leadership skills. And I was always the sounding board for my pairs up to the C-Suite for the long-term HR strategy to adopt.

What lead me to HR consulting and
focusing on the Culture?

“In one of my last positions, I dealt with two acquisitions and one merger in 3 years… After working tirelessly on combining policies, programs and collective agreements, I realized one day that the hardest part and perhaps the one that I took the most for granted was to acknowledge everyone’s different culture at work. The key was to unlock employees mind and behavior to get them all onboard with the newly formed company. Then and only then, would they share the same goals again…”

After many years working as HR Generalist in various positions, I recently decided to take on a new certification called Intercultural Management with Hofstede Insights. Hofstede Insights is a network of seasoned consultants who help organizations to improve their effectiveness by unlocking the power of the Culture Factor™.
